Pastors, you are appreciated!
You are loved for who you are not just what you do. 
What you do matters to so many. 
We see the hours spent, the tears you shed, and the pain you endure. 
You are a beloved son/daughter. 
God loves you and likes being around you. 
Your called and God is faithful to equip you. 
You will make mistakes but God is always only ever redeeming.
